Your polylines are not joined together.

At the command line type JOIN and then select the two polylines.

They are one polyline and are joined, this problem resurfaced with 2022, never had this problem with 2021

Have you updated LT to the latest version?

Have you made sure the global width of the polyline is correct?

I guess it is normal, also in old version, and your linetype isn't continuous.

But why we have to guess? Share a sample DWG and we can show you the problem exactely.
