Newly installed Autocad LT 2023. Created .ctb file for lineweights by color, also in Layer Manager line weights are defined the same. All files plot with single lineweight .

in PLOT dialog, checked the "Plot Object Lineweight" ?

Yes, and in drawings all line weights are set as default. I use & print only Model space.

Default is not bylayer..

Share your DWG (and .ctb) ,  perhaps your lineweights are to thin for your printer?
