Plotting to PDF issue

I recently installed LT 2021 on a brand new Windows 10 laptop. When I try to plot using the ADOBE PDF editor, I receive this message:

Annotation 2020-06-23 075633.jpg

I checked the paths to supporting files folders and they seem fine. Does anyone know what to do?

Thank you

This means that the driver specified in the PC3 file is not on that PC.

Fix that PC3 file, print directly to the driver, or use the built-in "DWG-to-PDF.pc3"

"adobe pdf" is an imported driver from an older version of AutoCAD/LT usually, unless you already had a dead driver installed in Windows called that: you should toss it in the trash and use one of the 5 PDF drivers 2021 installs instead like DWG TO PDF etc.

I can see that LT2021 has several new built-in PDF plotters (from my
previous Autocad 2014 version), like AutoCad PDF High Quality Print. Does
this mean the one I was used to - ADOBE PDF no longer works? Or can I
install the proper ADOBE PDF driver on LT 2021? If yes, how? Thanks a lot

It's not actually about "install(ing) the proper ADOBE PDF driver in LT 2021"......

A .pc3 file is a pointer to an O/S print driver, with some CAD specific changes. So do you have a working Adobe PDF print driver in your Windows/MAC (not sure of your O/S)? If so, print to this, and if you make any CAD specific changes to this, it will prompt you to save those changes to a .pc3 file.
