Is this a plot stamp? In your plot dialog box is the box next to "Plot stamp on" checked?

Hi @Anonymous ,

I'm just checking in to see if you need more help with this. Did the suggestion that @Johneng  provided work for you? Also another solution to try is installing Service Pack 1 for AutoCAD LT:
AutoCAD 2016 Service Pack 1
AutoCAD LT 2016 Service Pack 1

Prior to the service pack, to turn off the stuck tooltip, click back to the Start Tab and move the mouse cursor around. The tooltip will disappear. Click back to your drawing window. Additionally, you could stop the tooltip from appearing by doing one of the following:

  • Set the STARTMODE variable to 0 (zero). You may also want to set STARTUP to 0 (zero).
  • Set the 'Number of recently-used files' in Options under the Open and Save tab to 0 (zero).
  • Close the Design Feed palette.

I hope this helps!

If so, please click Accept as Solution on the posts that helped you so others in the community can find them easily.
