PAPER SPACE TOOLS MISSING

Hi

LT2021 suddenly lost the ribbon(?) tools (?)  under the papersopace view. 

Those ones on the bottom right starting from "paper". 

(That shot is from Autodesk as a model how it shoud be)

WHAT is that toolbar/ribbon/whateverelse called so that I can return it to see?

Impossible to work without it!

ps. Did not help to reinstall the softwear.

Are they all missing?  If so try changing the value of STATUSBAR to 1.  If just some are missing then press the far right button with the 3 lines on it and then check the items in the list you want to see.
