I know -pagesetup is a command in full AutoCad 2021.   Is it also available in AutoCad LT 2021?   

I realize that pagesetup without the dash is a command in both.

Question #2, related.   Is there an LT version of this complete list of "new commands"  for LT 2021?

I'm using 2021 LT and -pagesetup works fine bringing up the command line version.

That file you link to in your post is the LT version look at the righthand columns it shows which commands are available for the full or the LT version.
