Page setup manager inconsistent

Page setup manager was working well with Titleblock but not anymore. This is killing my production.

That's not a lot of information to work with! Maybe post an example file or at the very least give a bit more description.

What does any of that mean to us who can't see what you are doing or what is on your screen?
