Opening in multiple windows instead of tabs (2023)

I am trying to open multiple drawings in one window but when I click a drawing in file explorer while already having AutoCADLT open, it will open a brand new window instead of a new tab in that existing window.

Double Clicking The Files

No problem opening files in the same window but just annoying not being able to view my files in explorer and double clicking.

We all have to do one or all these to fix the 2023 installations of AutoCAD:

@pendean Looks like installing TruView 2023 helped. Thank you for the help.

right click on any .dwg file and select open with AutoCAD dwg launcher instead of AutoCAD application.

it works for me.

SET default for AutoCAD dwg launcher.
