One SCCM package that will prompt user for license

Is there a generic license/Serial key that I can use when building the silent deployment? We have several groups and individuals that have purchased separate licenses and I would like to have one package that will prompt the user to add their Serial# and activate.  We are using SCCM 2012 to deploy the software.

Hi @Anonymous

Welcome to the community forums!

If you are installing 2017 product, to the best of my knowledge, the user will be prompted for this information after they first start the application and not during the install process.

If you are working with older versions of the product then you will likely have to create separate deployments for each number.

I was able to create the package by using the 'Create Deployment' option on the AutoCAD LT 2015 setup, unchecked 'Run installations is silent mode', and used one of the  Serial license codes in order to create the package for SCCM 2012.  Once the deployment files were complete, I added them to SCCM 2012 to run as system only when a user is logged on and check the allow user to interact.  Made it to run as 'Available' but only prompt the user for restarts.  This will allow the user or techs to run the program as admin (since they don't have admin rights) and enter the license key manually before the install finishes.
