One layer not visible one layout.

I have 1 layer that is not visible in 1 layout.

It is visible in Model Space and all the other layouts.

Works the same in 2018 and 2019 LT.

The drawing has no errors, I have checked.

Check the layer list for MS and PS.

I think I am doing something wrong but do not know what it is?

My drawing is not secret or anything so I could eTransmit it?

Modelspace is important (all what you want to see in Paperspace and Viewports, you have to thaw the layer and turn it on.
Paperspace isn't important for Modelspace object.

You checked MS and PS, but what is with your Viewport you like to see the model?

Open viewport (doubleclick inside Viewport), look to Layerproperty palette, column VP freeze.

I'll check the VP freeze. I'll have to read my book some more. It will take some time to check this out.
