I have checked the compatibility for Windows 7, 8 (listed as the 2 OS's for the Z440 workstation) and I do not see the card you are looking at mentioned at all for either.

For the purposes of this conversation, I used AutoCAD 2016 for the product as the closest to AutoCAD LT 2016.
You can go back and enter in other parameters to help you decide what hardware to use.
Please note that the list has a rating column for:
STAR (Recommended)
SHIELD (Certified)
Remember, you can use hardware that is not on the recommended list, but compatibility is always in your best interests.
Try to compare items listed for performance benchmarking. There are several sites where you can check (simple Google search for video card performance benchmarking) such as the one I chose at random, below:

Once you have an idea where you are going to land as far as price vs. performance, try to get as much bang for your buck as you can.
