Need help figuring out what this function is called

A former co-worker of mine had setup some text duplication in drawings and I cannot even figure out what it is called in CAD-land, let alone do further research to make it work better for me. On the left side of the screenshot is a simple 3-attribute block. When you click on that block and enter text in the attribute lines, the 3 text fields on the right will duplicate that text (although two have been re-arranged in order).What is this called? How do I edit or re-create it?

As I told you its field object and here it is how you can make it ,

flow by order ,in no#5 you can select just one attribute (WIRE#,OR SOURCE ,OR DESTINATION depended to your att.block items)  ,

that's it
