My work not plotting

I am stymied.  I have done a lot of work on two files, mostly plant-related, and it won't plot.  I have checked and it's not on Defpoints - neither the xref of the base map, nor the design work in the current file.  I assume there is an override somewhere, in ddlmodes or a viewport setting, but it is not one I have set up and I don't see it.  I inherited the base map, it was written from another unidentified software.

If you could share this dwg along with xref, use eTransmit command to package everything including ctb into single zip and attach
