My cursor is snapping too far away from objects

Hello Guys,

                    My cursor is snapping too far from objects. This is causing an issue when using my snaps. How can I change this.

Is this problem limited to one single file?
Or all files, every single file you are in?

Did you try just restarting your PC yet?

I changed a setting, and I cannot remember what the setting is. This is for all my files. I need to snap on the objects directly and not feet away. Please check the Images, those are the issues I am having.

Just based on that, I would say check the value of the sysvar APERTURE. Set it to something like 3 and try again.
