Moving only one side of selected line - multileader style

I have a line which is leading to a block. Usually I use this to place blocks on a much smaller general arrangement plan like this:

Since the point will be most of the time fixed, and I'm mostly moving my block. Is there a way to make the one part of line fixed?

I could use Multileader and as a content type select block but since I have 3 attributes which ill be changing, it's much easier to do it with block. In multileader I need to click on each block and enter the attributes there instead of selecting a few blocks and inserting that from properties.

Take a look at 'dynamic blocks' you would need to make the point end of the line the insert point, and then you can use an actual point parameter placed at the other end of the line with two actions. A stretch action to control the position of the end of the line, and a move action to control the position of the attributes and their border.

You should just open your existing block in the 'block editor' and add these features. Try it and see how you go.

Thanks. After some time and research I got it working. I actually used 2x stretch as it better fits my needs.

I started with dynamic blocks few weeks ago but there is always a lot more to learn..

Thanks again for your advice!
