modelspace to paperspace scale

Having a hellacious time going from modelspace 1:1 to ansi c size at scale and what scale to specify on drawings?

Thank you for checking out my drawings. This answer you sent, since it is visual, makes the most sense to this artist! It was truly logical and easy to follow. As usual with Autocad, it is usually op error or oversite. Both in my case and a bit of County intimidation. Thanks, again! Bear
