Missing the toolbar on right of screen 2017 LT

Anonymous
Not applicable

My AutoCAD 2017 LT closed unexpectedly and once I reopened all of my toolbars are missing. I got back the toolbar on the left and the command line, but the tools on the right (the main layer box with all the later and item properties) isn't there. How do I restore this?

Thank you!

How about just reselecting your workspace, does that help?

Otherwise... don't you just need to restart PROPERTIES command and the other palettes that got turned off?

Without knowing what the toolbars/ toolpalettes are it's very difficult to answer. At a guess the "layer state manager" toolpalette, and the properties toolpalette, unless you have done anything drastic just typing "la"<enter> and then "ch"<enter> should bring them back. whether they will be placed correctly is another matter. Did you have your workspace saved, could that have changed.

type "cui" in command bar the "Customize User Interface" window will open. From there top left window double click on current "workspaces". Then drag any of the toolbar to left top window as the attached image.

The correct method is to click on the CUSTOMIZE WORKSPACE button then simply add a check mark next to everything you want to appear there

Capture.PNG

Then close out properly, clicking on all the OK and Apply buttons, then manually saving your workspace with WSSAVE command.
