missing file menu

Hi There. My file menu has gone missing. See screen grab. 

I have tried the fixes on the help page, they don’t fix the issue.

Also, all command functions have disappeared. command+P, command+S etc. are not available. 

No recent changes, this happened spontaneously. 

Can you point me in the right direction please?

Close a restart LT2014? Or your Mac?
Start WORKSPACE command and reselect your workspace?
