Missing Dimensions

I have some lines missing on my drawing and all the dimensions wont print out . I am printing from Model any ideas ? also i cannot get the drawing to fill a complete A4 page.

Post the drawing so we can have a look at it.

Just describing the problem without us seeing the drawing does not help.

HI,

Thanks For helping, I have only been on AutoCad for one day so very green ! I have screen shot the image below and added the print out that I get from this drawing.

Check that the items which are not printing are not on a layer called DEFPOINTS, OR that the layer has not been switched off for printing. See the image below. DEFPOINTS is AutoCAD's default no plot layer and as you can see the printer icon I've circled has a "NO ENTRY" symbol next to it which means don't plot this layer.

Thanks, 

It all seems fine on Both.  I can print with the Dims on another drawing, I have checked the printer settings and the Defpoints are both the same ?

If any of the dimensions are on the defpoints layer. Move them to a different layer. As I have said the defpoints layer is AutoCAD's don't plot anything which is on this layer.

so these are the settings, they are the same as another drawing that prints all lines and Dims ?

You need to make sure that no dimension or lines are on the defpoints layer. Select anything which doesn't plot and then look at the properties of it (CTRL+1). If they are on the defpoints layer change it to 0
