lost my pop up box for the offset command. How do I get it back?

I lost the little popu=-up box where you entered the distance you wanted to offset. How do I get it back?

Hi,

not an offset feature, but the generally input method.

Try this: Press[F12] 

To toggle your dynmode.

I guess it is off(you can see the option in commandline only now).

Was is off and does it work as expected now again?
