License issue

getting an error that says the license manager is not working or properly installed.

unable to enter or change any information past this screen and ACAD shuts down.

already uninstalled and reinstalled the program.  Do have a serial number and product key.  It worked for about a week and now just quit.

thanks for any input.

Hello Marcus, and welcome to the Forums!

 

It looks like you will need to log into a Windows user account that has Administrator privileges.

 

Try that and post back to let me know how it went.
