In previous LT versions, I was able to create large format pdfs (36" x 96" to be printed as patterns on a rolling feed wide format printer). No matter how many setting I play with now, I can't create a pdf. My pdf software has not changed. Which plot settings do I need to check?

What is this 3rd party PDF software that you are writing about?
And if I may ask why would your 3rd party PDF software be affected by AutoCAD year versions when it comes to creating custom sheet sizes?

No. I can't get my AutoCAD Lt software to create the pdf to the customer paper size I specify. I only mentioned the Acrobat software to say that hasn't changed from when I previously was able to create a custom paper size plot. .

Custom-sized sheet sizes are easiest/best created in the printer driver (in this case your Acrobat software), is that not where you do it? here is how for Acrobat drivers https://acrobatusers.com/tutorials/how-to-create-a-custom-page-size/#:~:text=On%20Windows%2C%20from%....

If nothing changed, then in previous LT versions did you save then use a custom PC3 file? Any reason you cannot use that custom PC3 file again here?
