Is there a fillet setting that removes dimension leaders from the selection cycle

Is there a fillet setting that removes dimension leaders from the selection cycle? It's annoying when doing the fillet command and it selects the dimension instead of the line undferneath it. I know you can turn off the dimension layer and use toggle to find the line underneath, but these steps shouldn't be necessary since it's impossible to fillet a dimension string, anyway .

No. You seem to know most methods to address the fix, don't forget about HIDEOBJECTS command too (available in your right-click menu too)

Thank you, I appreciate the courteous reply and helpful tip. An option to have a setting that removes objects impossible to be filleted from the selecton cycle seems like a missed opportunity that would make AutoCAD far more user friendly.
