CAD file form Civil3D with line width when open in LT changes scale

Scenario. 

Working in Civil3D wherein my line have specific line width. 
But when I review it in AutoCAD LT it is hidden or rather the scale is change.

When I change the line thickness to by layer. it revert.

Can someone fix this concern?
Or if anything in my AutoCAD LT configuration should be change to address it. I very much appreacite it.

Unit I am using may be unitless or mm.

Is this a sudden new problem, or first time trying to edit C3D files, or....?
Can anyone else using LT in your office do this?

The Civil3D Object Enabler (which allows non-C3D users access to the objects from C3D) does not load into LT versions of AutoCAD by design from Autodesk: I suspect that is what you need to resolve the issue. Nothing in LT can be done about it if you have PROXYGRAPHICS and PROXYSHOW variables turned on.
