Insert doesn't load my library

For a couple days now insert won't load my library in an other drawing. It will just stay on this message. Insert does load different drawings, but it won't work if I move all blocks to a different drawing.

Try the old command CLASSICINSERT instead, and/or ADCENTER command, or learn to set up block libraries in TOOLALETTES instead, for an easier better block insertion/sharing experience.

I decided to use Autocad 2020 instead, now it works fine
