Incorrect Screen display

I have just installed the latest version of AutoCAD Lt (upgrading from 2008 Lt) and now find that the screen will not display correctly below a horizontal line approx 2/3 of the way down the screen (see attached screen shot). All lines, curves etc below this are truncated, though hatching still displays. Any ideas on how to solve?

Is this a high resolution display? If so, you might want to grab the 2017.1 update as it addresses this issue.

Thank you very much - the update so far appears to have resolved all my issues. I have only just had the opportunity to install it so apologise for taking a few days to reply. I am happy again!

Hi everyone,

I've have recently started having issues with the drawing on my main screen whereby around 2/3 down the screen parts of the drawing disappear. Some lines so show but not all. The PC has been updated wiht the latest BIOS and Nvida drivers buy the IT Team, but this hasn't resolved the issue. Has anyone come across this and any idea how to resolve it ?

@Anonymous What is your secret AutoCAD version as listed in ABOUT command?

And the OS is...?

While we wait... consider turning off LINESMOOTHING and LINEFADING variables: if still no relief then start GRAPHICSCONFIG command and change the 2D Display Settings pulldown from "advanced mode" to one of the other choices.

If all else fails, then turn off Hardware Acceleration as a last resort to see if that helps.

Hi Pendean, thanks for reply8ing. I have just had a Technical Support call which has resolved the issue. Initially turning off Hardware Acceleration worked and the Tech Support also noticed that the Nvidia graphics card wasn't being recognised and the standard Intel card was showing up when you bring up GRAPHICSCONFIG window. This was fixed and Hardware Acceleration is back on and no more lines missing from the drawing.
Thanks.
