How to mirror many DXF files over the y-axis?

Good Afternoon,

I was wondering if anyone knew of a easy way to mirror many half round designs over the y-axis. We currently have 13,000 DXF files that have the design in the positive y, negative x plane and we need to have them in the positive y, positive x plane. We are wondering if there is a way to use macro or any other form of coding to convert these files automaticallly.

Are these blocks? and do they all need to rotate and point in the same angle or will each be in a different angle?
Screenshots may help explain what you have vs. what you want to have.

They are not blocks and they would all be mirrored over the y-axis.

This is what we have for our tools currently:

This is what we want to achieve for all of our DXFs:

None of the lines seen above are currently grouped. Any ideas?

Nothing in autocad/LT does that.

Is there a way to involve macro coding to make this happen?
