How do I contact Technical Support

I need to speak to someone at autodesk about my subscription renewal.

 

Do they have a phone number or a web chat fascility.

 

Their web site is second to useless.

 

Any help appreciated. thanks

I'm using AutoCad LT 2014.  When trying to save a file the following message pops up:

 

One or more objects in this drawing cannot be saved to the specified format. The operation was not completed and no file was created.

@Anonymous Your file was last saved in a newer AutoCADLT version than yours: it needs to be correctly knocked down using the "dwgconvert" feature found in the free DWGTRUEVIEW app that you can download here https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/dwg-trueview/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/How-to-download-DWG-TrueView.html
