how can i pop the object description bubble?

This just started happening this week.. sometimes, when i select an object, I get a bubble that shows me the description of that object.  sometimes, i dont.  It's very annoying because the bubble is blocking my view of the drawing, and in some cases, it seems that it inhibits my next move... I do not know what I did to turn this feature on.  I dont want this feature any more.  please see the screen cast and help... SOS

Variable is SelectionCycling.   <Knowledge Base Selection Cycling>    0 should shut it off or use the toggle mentioned below.

There is also a button for it on the bottom toolbar or you can add a toggle button there with the 3 hamburger lines button. You only get the pop up sometimes because it only shows if you click a spot with more than one object.  Turning it on can be handy in a cluttered drawing so you know manually select the exact thing you mean to pick. Works good in a drawing you didn't do because it has the added benefit of letting you know if there is extra linework that is not needed or when someone drawings a bunch of objects over top of each other.

You turned on selection cycling. To turn it off, there is a icon in the lower right corner to click or you can set the system variable SELECTIONCYCLING to 0
