Hidden lines not plotting correctly in paper space

Hi,

I have a floor drawing that the tile lines are showing properly in model space (not showing through objects) but in paper space they are showing incorrectly (showing through objects). Any ideas on how I can fix this?

Looks like a draworder problem in those pictures, but only a DWG file would help others help you.
