help screen problem

autocad lt 15 when i click f1 for help, the help screen loads briefly white, then black.  if i am getting a response i don't know it because of the dark window. how can i fix this.

Do you have the system settings to use offline Help. To check, type OPTIONS, go to System tab, then look in Help section to see if box is unchecked.

It's almost as help screen is set to black background and black text ???????
What else can I try

I TO HAD A BLACK SCREEN PROBLEM AT STARTUP, DIDN'T KNOW IT BECAUSE I MEARLY CLICKED TO RED "A" ICON AND OPENED THE FILE I NEEDED.

BUT I COULD NOT GET HELP TO WORK, EVEN AFTER FOLLOWING INSTRUCTIONS TO USE OPTION AND UNCHECK USE OFF LINE HELP..........

WELL USING THE LAPTOP IN BED,  I STARTED AUTOCAD AND THE STARTUP SCREEN WAS DIFFERENT, IT WAS WHITE WITH MULTIPLE WINDOWS TO CLICK ON. AND HELP SCREEN CAME UP WHITE WITH READABLE INFO.  I THOUGHT I HAD SOMEHOW FIXED THE PROBLEM AND ALL WAS WELL UNTIL IT

HAPPENED AGAIN.

WELL IT HAPPENED AGAIN AT WORK, FIRST THING.

GUESS WHAT,    IF I PLUG MY LAPTOP IN THE PROBLEM IS THERE, MUCH BLACK,  IF I UNPLUG MY LAPTOP AND RESTART AUTOCAD  ALL IS FINE.

SEEMS LIKE VIDEO DRIVERS ARE PROBLEM.    DOWN LOADED NEW DRIVERS BUT NO LUCK.  DON'T KNOW HOW TO SET THEM UP OR EVEN IF IT'S

POSSIBLE.

I HAVE AN HP ZBOOK LAPTOP WITH AMD FIRE PRO M4100 DRIVERS AND INTEL DRIVERS.

HAVE BEEN USING AUTOCAD LT FOR YEARS ALWAYS HAVING A REALLY BAD STARTUP AND THEN FIGURING OUTTHE  BUGS AND MAKING MONEY

ANY SUGGESTIONS ON HOW TO ADDRESS THE DRIVERS?

You have to disable one of the two video cards in the laptop BIOS first:
