The hatch render won't plot correctly. It's missing from one elevation and appears as inverted (too dark - it's meant to resemble roughcast render). Please see the attachments to get a better idea of what I'm talking about.
"too dark" may simply be a wrongly assigned line weight or color (depends on how you do that in your files), or elevations scales are too small, or your PDF is too small a sheet size or you just need to zoom closer in the PDF to see the darkness clear up.
We can't tell from much else from just pretty pictures 😉
