Hatch tool palette in 2018

I created a hatch tool palette in AutoCad 2018 Lt and tried to copy it to another computer but it doesn't work. The palette appears with all the hatch patterns and correct properties but it will not hatch in the drawing. Any insight in to what could be the problem?

Can you better define "will not hatch"?

Does that mean it appears to work, but the hatch doesn't show up? (Could be a scaling issue)

Or does that mean it gives you an error when you try to use it to hatch an area? (Screencap the error please)

Does the TP work on your PC?
Does the HATCH exist if you manually tried to create in on the other PC with HATCH command?
Are you sure the required layers are not off or frozen? Or your hatch got dropped somewhere offcreen?

It gives a `hatch not found' in the command line. It works fine on the original computer I copied the palette from.

It works on the original computer and the hatches are all typical hatch types. All layers are on.

Is this a custom hatch pattern? Maybe it's available on PC1, but not on PC2.

All the hatches are typical hatches found in autocad, but I will check the patterns.

It now just lets one of the hatches work
