For the moment im sitting on a AutoCAD LT 2015 trial version for MAC.
Wanted to check if this is a program that we can implement in our work process.
The things i need to do in autocad is quite basic but im constantly having troubles with the software itself
and have to try to find workarounds for many simple tasks.
After a week or two Im experiencing a lot of crashes and hang ups and im not as i thought i would be.
For example. Take this spesific issue.
Im receiving complex multilayered .dwg files from my clients.
I need to do simple annotations on the drawing and plot it in b/w except the annotations layer i created.
But it cant be done. See attachments: When i try to click the icon next to the dropdown with the text monochrome, autocad
goes into stand still. The same happens if i click the pop up window which tells me that the plot job is done.
The same actually happens in many cases. Hang ups and forced quits....
Is it common knowledge that autocad and mac is bad combination?
did not have this experience working with autocad back in the days on PC.....
