Geolocation Online Maps Hotfix not working

Dear All,

I had received the notifications to update AutoCAD. After installing the update, the geolocation online maps are not working. Even after downloading the fresh setup and installing it as administator it's not working. Snapshot attached.

Which updates exactly?
Use of the MAP requires you to be logged in to your Accounts page in AutoCAD as well as in A360 and your Desktop App, have you tried logging out and back in after restarting your PC?

Hi @Anonymous,

 

I have seen this happen only a couple  of times and in both cases, the fix was to do a clean uninstall and then reinstall  and then lastly applying the hotfix.  Is this something you would be willing to consider?
