I get the FATAL ERROR message, "unhandled e06d7363h at fd88a06dh" when I try to open a new session of autocad. When I sent in the report, I was told to install the latest upgrade.
I installed the most recent upgrade (for Autocad LT 2009), and after a successful installation, I rebooted the computer, and tried again to open an autocad file.
Then I got the first warning: "Unhandled exception has occurred in a component in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue."
So I click on continue and get a new warning:
"FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e0434f4dh Exception at fcf0a06dh"
When I click OK the program closes.
I can no longer use autocad, at all.
Should I reinstall from the disc, or what???
Solved! Go to Solution.
That sounds like a drastic move. I do not dare restore my computer to some earlier point. Everything else works. It is only Autocad that has crashed, and continues to do so. I cannot open any dwg file, or even start a new blank session. I would rather reinstall the program.
I have the original DVD, in its case, but I cannot find the serial number because I cannot find the box or package. Is there any way I can get the serial number from Autodesk?
Thanks
Brian
