fatal error: unhandled access Violation reading 0x0014 exception at d9d9e59dh

Hi, all

My client facing this fatal error when i open my AutoCAD LT 2016 it's working little-bit and with in few mins it's coming the fatal error and that time i can't save my files.
"fatal error: unhandled access Violation reading 0x0014 exception at d9d9e59dh"
Even i do clean uninstall & reinstall back the software.

Is there anyway to resolve or recover this error? Because base on my
previous experience it is difficult to solve the problem when the application shown "fatal error" .

What changed on the PC for the user? LT2016 is not new.
If the problem is the file9s), fix the file(s), not by reinstalling the program https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/AutoCA...

Not enough information, more is needed:
When do you get this error in AutoCAD?
Is it all the time, or random?
Did this problem just start?
Is it limited to one file? all files? even new files?
What are your system-specs? Windows version?
Have you installed all the service-pack?
