Drawing Publishing Issue

When publishing a group of drawings, the one drawing in the group with an OLE object (Excel) moves some of the text in the title block.



(See attached PubDwg 1.dwf.pdf - Page 1)







When publishing the drawing by itself, the issue does not happen.



(See attached PubDwg 1.dwf.pdf - Page 2)







What could be causing this issue?







The text being moved is not an attribute. It's a single line text.



The title block is intact (not exploded) before publishing.
