DIMENSION TEXT SPACING

I have been trying to figure out how to adjust the space between the dim lines and the text (fractions in this case). I can move it manually with the grips and the context menu, but I'd like it to be that way from the start when I drop the dimensions. I have tried a few things in DIMSTYLE, like offset from dim line, but apparently I have not found the right setting.

OPEN PROPERTIES command, select your dimension that is the default, aka the one you do not want, and experiment with the settings, discover what you can an cannot do, see if you can get closer to what you want
