I used to drag the commands icons from the "Customize User Interface" pop-up window to the ACAD desktop.

I am trying now but the icons don't move (or copy) from the "Customize User Interface" to the desktop.

How can I do it?

Thank you

@cb94030 What is your screenshot supposed to show us as it relates to using CUI command in your first post please?
What is it you are trying to achieve or fix in AutoCADLT2018?

When I first posted my question, I was asked, What do I see as the ACAD desktop?  So I posted what I see.

You can see my original question in this post. I would appreciate it if you can help me with the answer.

For some reason, I cannot bring the command icons next to the others on the screen and have done many times before (?)

Thank you!!

Hi,

>>"When I first posted my question, I was asked, What do I see as the ACAD desktop?  So I posted what I see."

Because you write about "Desktop customization" and "..to the ACAD desktop".

Your word and we like to know what you mean.

You posted a Screenshot 95% the whole AutoCAD program window (why not the whole one?),

but without any highlights, markups, nothing.

So we can guess: Did you drag them to red A in the upper left corner?

Or to the black backgraound where you can draw?

NO? Then show us where (mark it in your Screenshot) and what (mark in a screenshot of your CUI dialog, show us the objects you dragged)

>>"I cannot bring the command icons next to the others on the screen and have done many times before (?) "

You don't use specific AutoCAD expressions, so we need to see what you mean.

The best way, record a Screencast to show what you trying:

https://knowledge.autodesk.com/de/community/screencast

and share your cast

What i see in your picture, you turned on some toolbars and

Drag&Drop from ABI Commandlist(??) is to placed toolbars in your workspace(??),

is the only working process you could mean, isn't it?

If you are talking about this ----------------------------------------------------------->CUI2GUI.png

What is the problem, does AutoCAD displaying the "NOT allowed "Sign?

Sometimes AutoCAD is confused, lol. Drag and move the cursor around,

in all corners.. and if the cursor doesn't change to allowing to drop:

Try it again after you undocked one toolbar and while dragging your command,

hover over this toolbar. Cursor changes? So you can drop it in all other toolbars too.

OT: Hey, why is your QAT off? It's a really good feature: QuickAccessToolbar
