My DesignJet 500 has recently stopped working under Windows 10 [64bit]. I could have sworn that earlier this year there was a Windows 10 [64 bit driver] for the DJ 500 on the HP website but if so it has now vanished. The suggested workarounds of using the 64 bit drivers for Windows Vista or Windows 8 don't work for me. Are others still using the Design Jet500 with the latest versions of 64 bit Windows 10 and what driver are you using?
It is not the plotter as I can still print from a MAC.
