DELETE Line in layout (plz help me)

1. I want to delete that rectangular line (dotted line)  or disapper 

   How can i do that

Turn of the very very VERY useful and never anoying printable area.

You should keep it ON.

Or

If you want to plot to role or digital files - Use another papersize, one without a non printable border.

Test a full bleed papers.
