How/can you delete layer filters; in the 'layer propereties manager', I am right clicking on any layer filter, blank or otherwise, selecting delete and the filter appears to be deleted, however as soon as I save the drawing and then return to the layer box, it has re-appeared!
If that does not do it, Win7 may be the issue and you will need to wait
until it officially ships before a patch, if any, is released by Autodesk,
if they do.
