Datalink formatting changes when they are updated

I have a few datalinks setup & formatted how I need them. I used to be able to update the datalinks and the formatting would stay as its supposed to.

Ever since I updated to the latest version (2021.1 or some such) the formatting for all of my datalinks changed to whatever TABLESTYLE is set to.

I dont want to have to update TABLESTYLE for every single one of my drawings that has datalinks in it. And even if I did, I dont want all the datalinks to have the exact same formatting. 

I uploaded a couple of pictures of the problem. 1.png is before, and 2.png is after.

If I downgrade to the original 2021 software will that help??

How can I do that?

So this is a LT2021.1 bug that was not present in LT2021.0?

The Release Notes for the update explain how to uninstall it, you can grab that from your Autodesk Account Updates page like this

So now do I just avoid updating to 2021.1?

Never EVER be the first to install anything from any software vendor, EVER: and you'll never regret it.
let some other patsy suffer instead.

I wait about a month or so, find out what others are struggling with, decide if those are critical to me, then proceed or avoid.

It's worked for me for 30-years, never regretted a single installation.
