Data Links in LT

If you look at the attached file, on the last 4 pages there are tables on them. I would like to know if there is a way to push info from one acad file into a excel table, and then in another file use that table as a schedule?

Assuming those schedules shown in the PDF are actual Table objects in the dwg, then you can try using LT's TableExport command which would create a csv file for you to open in Excel:

What I want to do is build a table with multiple files inserting into excel and then pull the said table into a file for the lengths to be calculated. With LT I do not have data extraction available.

Only option is to use full AutoCAD

@lee.pellegrin LT's ability are very limited to "...push info from one acad file into a excel table..." if you actually mean you have new data content to put into a TABLE first, explore the command
