Dashed lines are not aligning properly

My dashed lines are not displaying properly, it seems like they're no longer centered on the line like the were previously and it's causing lines to appear as if they are not meeting in some areas and making lines that don't have the dashes aligned properly.

For Polyline Dashed are not aligning properly

In Properties Tabs> Misc>Linetype generation>Disable
