Copy with base point error

Every time I copy with a base point, I receive a warning that I need to recover the drawing. Downloaded the tried the Service Pack, repairing and reinstalling and still no luck. Has anyone else had this issue?

Is the problem unique to this one file? or does it happen in ALL files, even if you start a new file, draw a few things and use COPYBASE command?
Does that pop-up appear before you select anything, or after a selection and location is chosen?
What is your Windows OS?
What is your autosave set to?

It was in every file, and happened after I selected the object. It still copied it, I just got that message EVERY time.

I  believe it was caused by an error in instillation. I just did a complete uninstall and reinstall and that seemed to fix it.
