You can ignore this message - it is only warning but not an error. _Oblique is a standard block, which is in any dwg-file.

It's not letting me clop-clip-paste and I cannot view the drawing in model
space. Is this error the cause?

It says - "Command not allowed because drawing contains objects from a
newer version of this application."

Ask the file sender to use AECTOACAD command to dumb down the file from there variant of AutoCAD and resend.

If you use AutoCAD/LT2018 you may be able to do it yourself with the same command name.

Which version of AutoCAD LT are you currently using? If you attach the files with which you are having problems, I am happy to help. If you have duplicate definitions of blocks you can try to rename one of purge it out. For objects created in a newer version I am happy to try to export the data into something you can use in your version.

Please attach your files to a post if you are still having this issue.
