Command options when we select an object

I have ACAD LT 2023 subscription.

How can I activate the menu when clicking an object, like a line, etc, and see the command options available for that particular object?

make sure GRIPS is set as 2

then when you select a line you'll see blue grips appear

select any one of the blue grips & you'll see additional options on the command line

I was trying different things and I figured out that it is in:

Options>User Preferences>Windows Standard Behavior, then checked here, "Shortcut menus in drawing area".
