command line keeps moving up and down won't stay docked with status bar.

Has there been any fixes yet for the command to stay docked to the status bar?  I was using 2020LT  and now I'm using 2022LT and it's still an issue. for a quick fix I wouldn't zoom extent 2022LT to my full screen I would shrink it a little bit.

Right click on layout tab, set statusbar above tabs
